JointsAid is sold by Glycens as a dietary supplement and arrives sixty capsules to the bottle. Two capsules make a serving and that serving declares 1,398 mg of proprietary formulation assembled from glucosamine, turmeric, MSM, quercetin and boswellia serrata.
Who it is aimed at: an adult looking for something to take every day for joints that are still doing their job, run next to activity rather than in place of it. It is not a medicine. Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and anything else carrying a doctor's diagnosis all sit outside what this product is for.

Those three phrases are the manufacturer's marketing language. Every one of them carries the dagger, and the dagger is what the sentence above is attached to. On this site they appear only as a quotation of the label. You will not find them anywhere in our own descriptions of what the product does, because we cannot support them and neither can the label.
The second thing worth reading carefully is the word proprietary. It means the 1,398 mg is declared as one number and the five ingredients underneath it are listed in order of weight without individual amounts. That order tells you glucosamine is the largest share and boswellia serrata the smallest. It tells you nothing about the gap between them, and nobody outside Glycens can close that gap for you. How it is meant to be taken
Short, because there is not much to it.

- Same time each day is easier to keep up than a clever schedule
- With food if turmeric repeats on you, which it does on some people
- Missed a day: take the next serving normally, do not double it
- Judge it somewhere around week eight to ten, not week two
Not for under eighteens. Speak to a doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, on prescription medication — blood thinners in particular — or being treated for a diagnosed joint condition.

The refund terms in full
Sixty days, opened bottles included, refunded to the card that paid.
The window is sixty days from the date your card was charged, not from the day the parcel arrived. Part-used bottles qualify — that is the whole point of a window long enough to cover two of them.
To claim it, contact BuyGoods support with the order number printed on your receipt. There is no form to complete and no reason to supply. You post the bottles back at your own cost and the money returns to the card that paid for them.
The one thing worth being clear about: the guarantee belongs to the seller and it is the seller who honours it. This site cannot process a refund, look up an order or change a shipping address, because it never held any of that information in the first place.
